Everything you need to stay on track, nothing you do not

IndCals is a calorie and macro tracker designed around the meals, portions and health context of people in India.

Snap a photo, done in seconds

Point your camera at a plate and IndCals estimates the dish, portion, calories and macros. Barcode and manual entry are there when you want them.

Built for Indian food

Dal, roti, idli, sambar, biryani and home-style thalis are first-class, not an afterthought bolted onto a Western database.

Targets that adapt to you

Your calorie and macro targets recalibrate from your own weigh-ins, so the plan follows your body instead of a one-time guess.

Weight, markers and guidance

Track your weight trend and blood markers, then ask the assistant to explain what changed in plain language. Informational, never a diagnosis.

From plate to insight in four steps

  1. 1

    Log your meal

Take a photo, scan a barcode or type it in. IndCals breaks the meal into items, portions, calories and macros.

  2. 2

    See your day

A single ring shows calories, protein, carbs and fibre against the targets set for your body and goal.

  3. 3

    Watch it adapt

As you weigh in, your targets and trend line update so the plan stays honest about real progress.

  4. 4

    Understand your health

Add blood reports and daily metrics, then ask the assistant to summarise the changes in plain language.

Questions, answered

How much does IndCals cost?

IndCals Plus is ₹99 per month or ₹990 per year. The annual plan works out to two months free, an effective ₹82.50 per month. You can cancel any time from the platform you subscribed through.

Does IndCals understand Indian food?

Yes. Indian dishes such as dal, roti, idli, sambar, biryani and home-style thalis are part of the core food data, so photo and manual logging recognise the meals you actually eat.

How accurate is photo logging?

Photo estimates are a fast starting point, not a lab measurement. You can adjust any item, portion or macro after logging. Over time, your weigh-ins let IndCals recalibrate your targets around your real progress.

Which devices are supported?

IndCals is built for iOS and Android from one codebase. The App Store release is coming soon; the download buttons on this page will point at the live listing at launch.

Is my health data private?

Your data is handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Health data needs a separate, explicit consent, and you can withdraw consent or delete your account and its data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Is IndCals medical advice?

No. IndCals is an informational nutrition and health-tracking tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe or treat, and it does not replace a qualified doctor or dietitian. In an emergency, call 112 in India.
